President, Founder, and Managing Broker
Walker Realty and Investments
I founded Walker Realty and Investments in 2009 with the vision of providing a superior real estate experience emphasizing my expertise, broad based real estate and financial knowledge, dedication, and professional ethics.
Since childhood I was immersed in all facets of the real estate business through family dealings in Southeastern Connecticut. I moved to Fort Lauderdale 20 years ago began my South Florida real estate career at Galleria Collection of Fine Homes in 2005 as a general broker. Our market focus was new construction condominiums and condo conversions from Delray Beach to Sunny Isles with a strategic focus on the luxury Fort Lauderdale home and condominium market. I quickly rose to the ranks of Sales Director and was partially responsible for over 3 billion dollars in company sales during the real estate "boom" period.
In 2007 Southern Centers Development offered me the role of Sales Director, Marketing Director, and Property Manager at a unique new development storage project Parkplace Car Condo located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I still actively manage all departments of the facility for Southern Centers Development.
In 2009 while working with Parkplace, I founded Walker Realty and Investments.
My broad based experiences include real estate sales, marketing, management, construction, investment, and development. I bring the knowledge I have gained through these experiences as well as his extensive real estate education to this blog and each transaction I make. I keeps current on all market reports, trends, finance, and information that can be useful to client's as we'll as real estate law and regulation that can affect a transaction. I'm hands on and work exclusively with all my clients and oversee every transaction.
I'm an avid market watcher...real estate, financial, and the like. The goal of this blog is to provide an open forum for people who want to talk about the real estate market. I'll give honest opinions and share knowledge I have gathered and continue to gather on issues that affect the real estate market whether they be financial, political, social, or otherwise.
Knowledge is power!
